Ingredients:
- Shelcal Total powder (Vanilla Flavoured) - 55g
- Millet flakes (little millet/foxtail millet flakes) - 15g
- Chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pistachios) - 1 tbsp
- Unsweetened toned milk - 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a bowl mix the millet flakes, chopped nuts, and mixed seeds together and combine well.
- Sprinkle the Shelcal Vanilla Powder evenly over the dry mixture. Toss gently to combine and evenly distribute the powder among the flakes, nuts, and seeds.
- Pour the unsweetened toned milk over the mixture. Stir well to combine. The milk quantity can be adjusted to your preferred cereal consistency—add a little more for a looser texture, or less for a drier, crunchier bowl.
