Ingredients:

  • Shelcal Total powder (Vanilla Flavoured) - 55 g
  • Mixed berries (fresh or frozen) - 50g
  • Banana - 50g
  • Toned milk - 200ml
  • Chia seeds (soaked) - 5g
  • Ice cubes - 50g (adjust for desired consistency)

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
