Ingredients:
- Rolled oats - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Shelcal Total powder (Vanilla Flavoured) - 55 g
- Chopped or coarsely ground mixed nuts (pistachios, almonds, cashews) - 1 tbsp
- Seasonal fresh fruit cut into pieces - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat the water on medium heat in a thick-bottomed pan.
- Add the oats and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Continue to cook the oats till you achieve the consistency you require. At this point you can adjust the water, adding more depending on your preferred consistency.
- Add the nuts and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Add the Shelcal Vanilla Powder and mix well.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh fruit pieces.
