Chia Pudding

This creamy chia pudding combines chia seeds, loaded with omega-3s and fibre to support digestion, with fresh fruits that offer natural sweetness and essential vitamins. A refreshing, nutrient-rich treat ideal for a light yet satisfying breakfast or in place of dessert.

Ingredients:

  • Shelcal Total Chocolate powder - 55 g
  • Toned milk - 200ml
  • Chia seeds (soaked) - 20g
  • Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., sliced pears, chopped pineapple, peaches) - 50g

Method:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the Shelcal Chocolate Powder and toned milk until the powder is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
  • Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened.
  • Before serving, top with fresh fruit.
