Ingredients:
- Shelcal Total Chocolate powder - 55 g
- Toned milk - 200ml
- Chia seeds (soaked) - 20g
- Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., sliced pears, chopped pineapple, peaches) - 50g
Method:
- In a bowl, whisk together the Shelcal Chocolate Powder and toned milk until the powder is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
