Protein Truffles

Protein Truffles blends peanut butter, a rich source of healthy fats and sustained energy, with millet flakes, packed with fibre for better digestion and steady blood sugar, creating a nutrient-dense, satisfying snack.

Ingredients:

  • Shelcal Total Chocolate powder - 55g
  • Foxtail millet or Little millet (samai) flakes - 60g
  • Peanut butter (unsweetened) - 50g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
  • Mixed nuts (coarsely ground) - 50g

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a dough-like texture forms.
  • Transfer into a square dish and level it. Cut ten small squares.
  • Chill for 30 mins and store in the fridge.
